  1. Nice job on your Udutu course. I appreciated the simplicity of your presentation. It also made me very hungry. ;P You included very nice visuals and I also liked how you set it up so that you could go back and forth between screens as needed for directions. Adding the narration made the presentation much more engaging and the music was very relaxing! I could actually picture myself in the kitchen following your course while cooking the burgers. I am not really sure what kind of assessments you could give with cooking, but maybe an interest quiz on favorite side items or toppings. The only suggestion I have is that you could consider creating future lessons and adding other favorite recipes and calling it "Kooking with Kenya".

  2. Wow! Your Udutu project is great! I love your use of music and video! It was unique and well planned. I also like how you set it up so that you can go back to previous screens. And as the previous comment said...your presentation left me very hungry! Great job!

  3. Kenya, I really liked the visuals and color in your lesson. It really made the lesson pop more than a traditional recipe. My only suggestion would be that since you are using video, why not have video of someone actually preparing the burger instead of just still images? Going step by step through the process and being able to watch and rewind someone shape the burger and add the cheese would be helpful.

  4. Kenya,

All I can say is YUUUUM! Wow, what a great Udutu presentation! It never dawned on me to us this program for recipes. You've helped me remember to keep my options open for a vast number of possibilities with Udutu. One aspect I found interesting, was that you allowed the learner to stay involved in the lesson by choosing whether to move ahead or go to previous screens. This is extremely helpful when executing a recipe. Your narrations also helped to make the experience more personal and engaging. I can't wait to try your recipe!
